TOS

• I have the right to refuse service for any reason, whether that be for my comfort, the customers attitude and behaviour, or if I decide my skill level cannot match what you want me to make.• PLEASE CHECK WHAT AVATARS I HAVE BEFORE COMMISSIONING ME! MOST avatars I own require both parties to purchase the avatar for texture comms. This means that you must own the avatar as well before you commission me to retexture it!
If there’s an avatar I don’t have, I’m open to retexturing it as long as price of the avatar is covered in commission!• commissions can take up to 2 weeks, usually less. Depends on que. but I always communicate if it will take longer then expected!• payment is upfront. I will not start a commission until some form of payment has been received.•please note that if I have a que and payment is pending for any reason, I have the right to work on other que memebers that are after you in que, who have submitted payment already. I will never start a commission unless payment is already sent. If payment has never been received or communication has ended due to client, commission will be terminated and will be removed after a certain period of time without notification.• I will not take commissions from anyone under 18 without parental consent and proof of parent consent• I will only do refunds if work hasn’t started yet or under special circumstances• I only take payment in USD and through PayPal and less preferably CashApp and Venmo• I am only able to upload retextured avatars to vrchat accounts that have title of “new user” and above. Pls note I’ll need your log in to upload it to your account• I will not retexture a design that you do not own. If it isn’t your character or a purchased design, I will refuse to do the commission.• I can make avatars quest compatible spending on avatar, but they are likely to have a poor performance rating in vrc• Price can increase if I do not have the avatar. I am willing to buy avatars as long as the price of them is included!• I unfortunately won't do retexture commissions for Rezillo Rykers Avatars because of personal reasons.• all finished commissions will be listed in my Trello. It will automatically be posted there, so please notify me if you’d prefer I not list it in my completed work• I minimal 3D modeling experience so I cannot make personal assets. I CAN however edit the model to have different external assets like a different tail, or make slight modifications depending on what it is. I can also sculpt assets not made for the avatar to fit an avatar• I do not have experience with any toggle making other then adding asset toggles.• if an asset you want on the avatar isn’t free, cost for the asset must be covered in the commission price• if you’re a previous client that has had an avatar uploaded by me, I can make future edits to your avatar if I still have your project (with additional price)• avatar projects will be terminated after 6 months or less for storage purposes
